Now this bakery is not a store front this is a commercial kitchen, but they sell many of their items at the local farmers markets on weekends. They make an array of cakes, cookies, scones, muffins, cupcakes, granola, breads, and even pizza crust. I'll let this excerpt from their website explain what they are all about:
Imagine it Bakery was started in 2012 by three friends who all contend with food allergies and dietary restrictions. We wanted food that was safe to eat, not just for ourselves, but for anyone dealing with food allergies. This inspired us to create baked goods that almost anyone could eat free of gluten and common allergens. It was also important to us that our ingredients help sustain a healthy body. Instead of relying on rice and starch our recipes are based on alternative grains and legumes with a focus on higher protein and fiber with less sugar. Our commercial kitchen is a dedicated gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free and nut free kitchen*.
For the nut free kitchen part they do actually use some coconut. They are a great little bakery and are really focused on keeping the allergen community safe. You can see what markets they are at on the weekends on their website below.
