I have been on a breakfast cereal binge so I figured I would show you a few of my personal favorites!
Nature's Path Sunrise Crunchy Maple:
All the gluten free cereals by Nature's Path I am a fan of! I think I would have to pick the Sunrise Crunchy Maple as my favorite, because it has not only corn flakes, but quinoa puffs as well. It is really flavorful and not to sweet just perfect! On the sides of most of their gluten free cereals it does say produced in a facility that uses peanuts, tree nuts, and soy, but I do believe most of the gluten free cereals are vegan. They just overall are really tasty with some coconut, almond, or even cashew milk. Also the cereal is great on top of an acai bowl!
Kelloggs Gluten Free Rice Krispies:
These Gluten Free Rice Krispies are good as not only cereal, but also on top of my homemade acai bowls and in gluten free rice krispy treats! They aren't very sweet so as a cereal you may need to add a touch of sugar, but I usually use this cereal on top of my acai bowls and it is perfect. It doesn't have the malt like regular rice krispies do. They are hard to find at the grocery stores around me so I usually just order a pack of four boxes off amazon. We get them in 2 days since we are amazon prime members.
Freedom Foods tropicO's:
Freedom foods makes a whole line of gluten free cereals, but my personal favorite is the tropicO's! It brings me back to my days of big boxes of fruit loops. What is nice about this cereal is you can actually tell the distinct flavor difference between each of the different color rings, which I love! They are also free from gluten, wheat, nuts, dairy, sesame, soy, and eggs. A very allergen friendly cereal that I am sure the kids will love!
